Thomas  Link
Thomas Link, 65, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2020, at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.

Thomas was born in Fairmont, West Virginia, on October 3, 1954, to Dorothy Musett Link and Willie Joe Borden, Sr., who both preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Gmelyn M. Link of Windsor Mill, Maryland, and two grandchildren he adored: Lena Link-Grant and Lyric Grant, both of Windsor Mill.

He attended Fairmont Senior High School and served in the U.S. Navy as an aircraft mechanic. He retired as a coal miner from Bethlehem Steel.

Thomas' surviving siblings include: Alfred Link of Queens, New York; Edward Gene Link of Tucson, Arizona; Rita Link Towns (fiancé: Thomas) of Columbus, Ohio; Willie Borden, Jr. (Bonita) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Ricardo Borden (Pamela) of Charleston, West Virginia; Stanley Taylor (Alverta) of Warrensville, Ohio; and Carolyn Atkins of Birmingham, Alabama. Two of Thomas' siblings preceded him in death: Audrey Link and Charles Stephon Glenn.

Thomas also leaves to celebrate his life his fiancée, Beverly Law of Baltimore; her children, Harry Calloway (Chezia); Ericka Sutton (Marc); and Quiera Bonds (Vincent); and her grandchildren, Carter, Cailee, Kaden, Aaron, Vincent Jr, Dominic, and Jayden.

Services for Thomas will be held Monday, March 16, at 10 a.m. at Agape Life Ministries, 410 Morgantown Avenue; Fairmont, West Virginia. He will be buried in West Virginia National Cemetery, 42 Veterans Memorial Lane; Grafton, West Virginia.

Sad to hear of Links passing. We were teammates on the basketball team at FSHS. Always had respect for him and considered him a good friend. Prayers and condolences to his family.
