Morgantown, WV - Stepheney Susanne Collins Higdon passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. She was born in Greenville, North Carolina on December 19, 1995, a daughter of the late Michael D. Collins and Constance Smith Amos of Fairmont.

She is survived by her husband, Alec Higdon; one son Leighton Collins; two brothers Nathaniel Collins and Michael Collins; two sisters Natasha Collins and Amanda "Mandy" Collins; her grandfather James Smith and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister Michaela Danielle Collins and her grandmother Nila Smith.

Friends may call at the Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont, on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated following her viewing.
