Fairmont, WV - Sheila Linell Rowe, 72, of Fairmont, West Virginia passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday August 11, 2025. She was born on December 29, 1952, in Fairmont, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Harold Edward and Peggy (Hawkins) Dennison.

Sheila was a graduate of East Fairmont High School. After high school she worked for Westinghouse. She enjoyed quilting, tending her flower garden and collecting coins. But she enjoyed spending time with her family the most.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 54 years Timothy Rowe, her son Tim and his wife Tracy Rowe, daughter Janis Rowe, grandchildren Ashley Born (Scott), Taylor O'Connell (Tyler), Alexis Jones (Tristen), Matthew Hines, Jr, Brandon Hines and Kristian Hines, her five great grandchildren, sisters Paula Vilone and Linda Thompson and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Beverly Humphrey, brother Harold Dennison, Jr. and grandchild Zachary Hines.

Family and friends can gather at Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
