PETE WAS A FRATERNITY BROTHER IN ALPHA THETA OF PI KAPPA ALPHA AND A LIFE LONG FRIEND. I CAN ONLY AFFIRM ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT OTHERS HAVE SAID. HE WAS A TRULY WONDERFUL PERSON---GREATNESS AND GRACE COUPLED WITH SINCERE HUMILITY. HE HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE IN MY HEART AND THE HEARTS OF ALL WHO WERE PRIVILEGED TO KNOW HIM. THESE HEARTS ACHE FROM OUR LOSS. BUT LET US ALSO REJOICE AT PETE´S PASSAGE THROUGH THE GREAT UNKNOWN TO A BETTER LAND I KNOW.
MY HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES TO SHARON AND ALL THE FAMILY AND ALSO TO HIS MANY FRIENDS---GATHERED OVER A LIFETIME OF SERVICE TO HIS FELLOW MAN.
MAY GOD REST HIM AND KEEP HIM.

Pete was a brother I looked up to. Always had my back. He was ready to help with any problem I faced. Glad I made him laugh a few times. Sure he is at rest in our Lord's arms. Condolences to Sharon, his children and granchildren.

Pete and I were Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity brothers at West Virginia University. I thought the world of him. We were also in Sphinx, the university leadership honorary together. Wonderful, smart, funny, vibrant guy! Missed, for sure. All my sympathy to Sharon and all of his family!

The summer before I started at WVU Pete came by the house, met my folks and gave me the heads up on things I needed to know in preparation for school. He was always giving himself to others. Thanks again to Pedro Tequila.
