Fairmont, WV - Margaret Carunchia, 100, of Fairmont, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025. She was born in Fairmont on May 15, 1925, a daughter of the late Frank and Victoria Romano.
Margaret worked at the Starlight Drive in, the family business, from the early 1950s until the late 1980s. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cleaning and being a homemaker.
Margaret is survived by her children, Michael and Melissa "Misty" Carunchia and Lana and Joe Glass; grandchildren, Elissa Cavender and her husband Michael and Shelley Beveridge; and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Carunchia; and her eight sisters.
The family would like to give thanks to Harmony at White Oaks and special thanks to her caretakers, Debbie and Liz.
