Frances Catalina (Guzzo) Scotchel, 90, of Westover passed away at Mon General Hospital after a short illness on Thursday October 10, 2019.

Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home, Morgantown, on Monday from 2-8 pm with a 7:30 pm prayer vigil to conclude the visitation. Visitation will continue on Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church from 10 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11am with Father John DiBacco as celebrant.
