Fairmont, WV - Anna Lee Estel, 91, of Fairmont, WV, passed away on February 14, 2026. She was born October 28, 1934, a daughter of the late Earl Boyce and the late Goldie Carpenter Boyce.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carrol V. Estel, brothers Willard Boyce, George Travis, Norman Boyce, Ervin Boyce, Amos Boyce and Robert Boyce; sisters Ruby Satterfield, Lauraine Liller, Audrey Mae Boyce, Alma Boyce Gower and Edith Adams.

She is survived by her children Connie Croft and her husband Gary Croft of Fairmont; Vernon Estel and his wife Kathy Estel of Morgantown; Mark Estel and his wife Lisa Estel of Fairmont; grandchildren Heather Ward and her husband Ryan Ward of Fairmont, Holly Sharp and her partner Andrew DeWitt of Kalkaski, Michigan, Alan Sharp and his wife Joy Sharp of Chicago, Illinois, Andrew Estel and his wife Morgan DiLeo of Pittsburgh, PA, Christopher Estel and his wife Joan Estel of Gainesville, Fla, Bethany Estel and her husband Matthew Duggan of Morgantown, Matthew Estel and his wife Katy Estel of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Meredith Estel of Fairmont, Lindsay Estel and her husband James Dushay of Milford, Connecticut and 14 great grandchildren.

Anna worked in many capacities at different Free Methodist churches where her husband Carrol pastored over thirty years. She served as Bible School director, Sunday School teacher, missionary society leader and several other positions.

Anna enjoyed attending Winfield Homemakers, bowling, painting, reading, completing puzzles, working out at the spa, and working in her yard and garden.

The Estels made their home at 1601 Clifton Road.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Wishing Well Assisted Living for the excellent care provided for Anna over the last few years.

A private memorial service for the family is being planned.
