Thelma "Sally"'s Story
Thelma "Sally" Robinson Rose, 85, of Enterprise, passed away on Thursday (Dec. 22, 2016) at United Hospital Center.
She was born Feb. 26, 1931, in Weirton, daughter of the late Delphia Elizabeth Robinson Dytzel.
She was married to Willie R. Rose on March 15, 1947, who preceded her death on Nov. 2, 2009
Sally is survived by one son, Thomas R. and wife Maria Rose of White Hall; one grandson, Alex and Tanya Rose; one great-granddaughter, Shelby Muth; one great-great-granddaughter, Juliett Dubois all of Tequesta, Florida; one sister-in-law, Bonnie Dytzel of Nashville, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ernest "Jack," Bob and Bernard Dytzel.
Sally was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Enterprise United Methodist Church.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 S. Pike St, Shinnston, with Pastor Craig Blankenship presiding. Interment will follow at Enterprise I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
