Stevan Howard Triplett, 62, of Fairview, passed away Sunday (Nov. 6, 2016) at Fairmont Regional Medical Center.
Stevan was born Oct. 3, 1954, in Cortland, New York, son of Minne (Davis) Miller of Fairview and the late Bobbie Triplett.
Stevan was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed watching the Pirates, West Virginia University and the Steelers. Stevan liked to play cards with his friends and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, Stevan is survived by two sons, Stevan Triplett II and companion Karley, of Fairview, and Timothy Triplett and companion Melanie, of Plum Run; a brother, Bobbie Triplett II of Fairview; a nephew, Bobbie Damon Triplett III of Fairmont; his ex-wife, Jeanie Carpenter of Grant Town; and five grandchildren, Ayreona, Lisa, Stevan, David and Braylynn.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Domico Funeral Home Curry Chapel, 100 Grant St. Fairview. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Randy Vincent officiating. Burial will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton.
