Ruth Ebert, 83, of Littleton, died Aug. 3, 2016 (Wednesday) at her son's home in Littleton.
She was born Dec. 5, 1932, at Laurel Run in Marshall County, a daughter of the late Homer Wade and Carrie Gorby Wade.
Mrs. Ebert was a homemaker and a member of the Littleton Church of God.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph Ebert, a resident of the New Martinsville Health Care Center; five sons, William Tedrow, Arthur Tedrow, Ralph Tedrow and Sherrill Tedrow, all of Littleton, and James Lee Tedrow of North Benton, Ohio; one brother, Adam Wade, a resident of the Cameron Continuous Care Center; four sisters, Martha Tedrow of New Martinsville, Alice Sapp of Littleton, Carol Sapp of Morgantown and Marie Sapp of Hilltop; 27 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Junior Tedrow; one daughter, Linda Koontz; one son, Gary Lynn Tedrow; three grandsons, James L. Tedrow Jr., Thomas Tedrow and Taylor Tedrow; and six brothers, Edward Wade, Elmer Wade, Raymond Wade, Chester Wade, Logan Wade and George Wade.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Wade Cemetery near Littleton.
