Norma L. Patrick, 85, of Dilliner, Pennsylvania, died at 9:46 p.m. Sunday (May 1, 2016) at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born April 15, 1931, in Rivesville, a daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Olive (Poling) Stewart.
Mrs. Patrick was a Baptist and enjoyed cooking for her family. She especially cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On July 4, 1948, she married James Patrick, who died March 17, 1995.
Surviving are a son, William Edward Patrick and his wife Debby of Timberlake, Ohio; two grandchildren, Brian James Patrick and his wife Angel and Courtney Ann Zappola and her husband Mark; six great-grandchildren, Madeline Patrick, Maximus Patrick, Molly Patrick, Abigale Zappola, Ella Zappola and Camden Zappola; a sister-in-law, Rose Vanata of Dilliner, Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two brothers, Thomas Stewart and John Stewart; and four sisters, Opal Sanson, Lily Martin, Nancy Summers and Elizabeth Cross.
Family and friends are welcome from 5-9 p.m. Thursday in Yoskovich Funeral Home (724-966-5500), Martin J. Yoskovich, funeral director, 300 S. Vine St. (Route 88), Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Bruce R. Judy officiating. Interment will follow at Monongahela Hill Cemetery in Mapletown, Pennsylvania.
