Sharon Lee Burroughs, 58, of Fairmont, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. She was born in Fairmont on July 23, 1960, a daughter of Donald Meredith, of Clarksburg, and Beverly (Baker) Ferrell, of Fairmont.

After graduating East Fairmont High School, Sharon went on to work as a CNA in both PICU and NICU units, as well as a stay-at-home mother and nanny. She will be remembered for her work in the Journalism Department at East Fairmont High School and for her love of camping, her cats, and babies, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Sharon is also survived by her devoted and loving husband of 41 years, Ron Burroughs.

She is also survived by son, Tadd Burroughs, of Morgan Ridge; daughters: Polly Snider (Howard III), of Morgan Ridge, and Kristine Isaacs (Hilbert), of Fairmont; sisters: Pamela Martin (Ron) and Debbie Roman (Fred), all of Fairmont; grandchildren: Leah Snider, Abigail Snider, and Garrett Snider; nieces and nephews: Jacob Bucklew (Melissa), Sydney Turner (Chris), Meredith Bunner (Cody), Vincent Roman, and Jesse Roman; as well as several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends are welcome to a Memorial Celebration at the family community center in Mt. Sharon Free Methodist Church, 1131 Mount Zion Road, Fairmont, on Thursday, May 02, 2019 from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
