I was so sorry to see Sam's obit today. Sam worked with us doing appraisals at One Valley Bank and BB&T and we all loved working with him. He was always smiling and happy to work with us on a daily basis. I worked at MVB Bank when he came in for meetings and he was so nice to all of us. My sympathies to the family.

Our son, DJ played basketball at FSU the past two seasons and Sammy was always there with a smile and words of encouragement for him. He will be missed by our family and we are so happy to have known him while we were apart of the Fairmont family. Blessings for the entire family all the way from Tennessee!
