Richard Dale "Rick" Tuttle, 57, of Fairmont, died Friday (Oct. 20, 2017) in Fairmont Regional Medical Center.
Rick was born July 29, 1960, in Morgantown, a son of the late Fredie C. Tuttle and Jewel "Babe" Dulaney Tuttle.
In his early life, Rick worked for a short time in the coal mines. One of his greatest joys was fishing. He was a graduate of Clay-Battelle High School.
Surviving are one sister and her husband, Theresa and Francis Gregory Swisher of Fairview; and two nephews, Travis Dillon Swisher and Chance Swisher.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Fredie Carl Tuttle Jr.
At the request of the deceased, his body will be cremated. There will be no funeral home visitation or services.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
