Rebecca Sue Greathouse, 62, of Mannington, passed away Sunday (Sept. 3, 2017) at her residence.
She was born Dec. 30, 1954 at Gassaway, a daughter of the late Guy L. Warner and Clara Jean Linkous Warner.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, John Watson, of Mannington; her daughter, Sharon Kay Woods, of Cameron; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; two sisters, Debbie Alderman, of Gassaway, and Lisa Lambey, of Flatwoods; and two brothers, Guy Warner, Jr. and James Warner, both of Gassaway. Also surviving is her father and mother-in-law, John R. Watson Sr. and wife Patricia, of Mobley; sister-in-law, Cindy Payton (Mike) of Toronto, Ohio, and daughter Megan; brother-in-law, Gary Watson (Julie) of Mobley and son Zack; good friends, Rodney and Beatrice Hayes, of Mannington; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her son, Charles Edward Greathouse.
Rebecca was a certified nurse's aide and was formerly employed at Wishing Well in Fairmont.
Friends and family will be received from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main Street, Mannington. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Watson officiating. Cremation will follow as that was Rebecca's wish for final disposition.
