Paul Edward Rinko, 79, of Grafton, passed away on Sunday (March 11, 2018) at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Taylor County on March 3, 1939, a son of the late Eli Rinko and Anna Miller Rinko.
Paul worked for the Iron Workers Union for 30 years as a construction worker. He was an owner and operator for Justin Construction Company in Fairmont. He always kept busy. He enjoyed working, running his back hoe and farming. Paul was an active member of Victory Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patti (Perkins) Morgan; a son, Stevie Morgan and his fiancé, Kim Vincent and her son, Seth Vincent; a brother, Nick Opas of Fairmont; a sister, Rosemary Rinko of Grafton; a grandson, Justin Morgan; and several nieces and nephews, including Marvin, Danny, Patti, Chuckie, Stephanie, Randy, Susan, Stevie, Terri, Anita and Ana Lisa.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by two brothers, Mitchell Opas and George Opas; as well as two sisters, Mildred Radcliff and Marie Seay.
Friends and family will be received from 1-8 p.m. today and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesday at the Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at the funeral home with Pastor Nathan Barker officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
