During my time as a special education student at East Dale Elementary School back in the 1970s, I was privileged to have Mrs. Noble as my reading teacher for two years. She was a wonderful and loving person who taught with enthusiasm and compassion. I am very grateful for having her in class as I learned and gained understanding. She cared and was a blessing who will be missed. May she rest in peace and that her family and friends find comfort during this difficult time.

She was my son's 3rd grade teacher, Jonathan Van Gilder, and his dad was killed in the line of duty as a fireman, and Mrs. Knoble was very kind and loving to him and to me. She helped him in any way during that year and was a special blessing to me. Mrs. Knoble was a blessing to any student that was in her class at East Dale. She will be remembered as a teacher that cared about her students.

She was young and beautiful. My teacher in 2nd and 3rd grade. All of our class loved her. She was a great teacher. I remember on holidays her mom (I think)would come to our classroom. She made learning fun. Few the years I tried to keep in touch. Even when she was sick she STILL had that sweet warm smile. May God bless all the family. She was truly an angel on earth.May she receive her Heavenly reward. She will never be forgotten by those who truly knew her. Brenda Graves Kline

Mrs. Knoble was my 3rd grade teacher and I remember her as kind and gentle. That year a classmate's father passed away very suddenly and I remember how gently but matter-of-factly Mrs. Knoble told us and how she walked us through what to say and how to treat our classmate. Even as a child I was so grateful for that instruction and reassurance. Now, as a 40yo mom of two, I appreciate even more that she took the time to explain and answer our questions about an event that was shocking and scary. She was a lovely person and my heart goes out to her family.
