Janet Ruth Coffman Janet Ruth Coffman, 81, of Fairmont passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. Janet was born in Smithfield on April 7, 1937, the daughter of the late Franklin Cyphers and Annabelle Adams.
Janet is survived by her special friend, Sandy Musgrove; brother, Ronald Cyphers of Elcajon, CA; a niece, Amber Stevenson; a nephew, Walter Cyphers; a sister-in-law, Diana Cyphers; a cousin, James Cyphers and her faithful cat, Precious.
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Arnold Coffman and her son, Robert Coffman.
Janet was Baptist by faith and enjoyed reading. She worked at C&P Telephone Company and at Westinghouse and Philips.
The family would like to thank Robin Wilson and Charnay for their wonderful caregiving.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Janet's memory to Galilean Baptist Church, 79 Jaynes Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554.
In accordance with Janet's wishes, her body will be cremated. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date with Pastor Jim Solomon officiating. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.fordfuneralhomes.com.

You will be missed by so many Miss Janet, especially Ema and I. You meant the world to us, I can’t believe you’re gone. I hope you knew how much we loved you. Being your caregiver was never overwhelming but a blessing! I love you Boss Lady ❤️

We will always remember her with a smile on her face and cheerful disposition as she was waiting for dialysis. Our condolences to all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

What a wonderful women! My time with her was way to short! Janet was so welcoming and kind a woman with a heart of gold! I think the Lord I had a chance to have my life graced with her presence! She will forever hold a place in my heart! Prayers for Sandy and Robin and Janets Family! May she forever rest in peace. God gained one extra special angel that's for sure!!!
