Rick was a year behind me in school but we had a few classes together. One in particular I remember was French. He had a tendency not to study vocabulary so he would just put le or la infront of the English word like la chair or le book! Mrs. Fultz would say Rick did you study? And he would grin and say no. He always made me laugh and was so pleasant to be around. I hadn’t seen him in years but his passing saddened me while the memories made me smile. A good friend and person. My sincere sympathy to the family
