Harold Edward Langley


Harold Edward Langley, a kind, compassionate and gentle soul was called to Heaven by Our Lord on April 5, 2019.
Harold was born on August 18, 1928 in Fairmont, WV to Thomas Jefferson and Maud Margaret (Smith) Langley. He had one brother, Albert, who preceded him in death. Harold is survived by his loving wife of almost 69 years, Eleanor, and devoted daughter, Deborah, as well as four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his son, Edward.
Harold married Eleanor E. Heck on September 3, 1950. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and then went to work for the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM. He retired with the Lab after many years of service. He was a member of His Place Christian Church in Greeley, CO.
Life Celebration Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Adamson Life Celebration Home. Private inurnment will be held at a later date in the Santa Fe Veterans Cemetery in New Mexico.
