Freddie Jane Villers Freddie Jane (Colosino) Villers, 72, of Fairmont, passed away at her home on Friday, March 01, 2019. She was born in Fairmont on May 04, 1946, a daughter of Betty (Satterfield) Colosino, of Monongah, and the late Fred Colosino.

After graduating Monongah High School in 1964, Freddie went on to work at First National Bank of Monongah, Monongah Middle School, and Anthony Chevrolet; she loved traveling to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (including Dollywood), decorating her home, entertaining her family and friends, flowers, car shows, yard sales, and collecting fiesta dishes (for all occasions and holidays). She attended the Bridgeport Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Town and Country Garden Club for over 40 years. Freddie never knew a stranger and was always willing to help others.

In addition to her mother, Freddie is survived by her devoted husband, Don Villers, whom she married on June 17, 1967. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2017.

Freddie is also survived by her aunt, Cora Sue Vandersluis, of Morgantown; her uncle, Michael Colosino, of Indiana; and several loving cousins and many wonderful friends.

In addition to her father, Freddie was preceded in death by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends are welcome to call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont on Monday from 1 p.m. - 8 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., with services starting at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 05, 2019, with Pastor Billy Joe Grandstaff and Pastor Robin Ray officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens.

Freddie was such an amazing lady to be around. My kids and I had the pleasure of spending quite a few New Years Eve parties with Don and Freddie. Rest In Peace

Freddie was a wonderful lady with a cheery smile for everyone she knew. Always willing to help out a friend. I will miss her sense of humor which made her so much fun to be with!

Freddie was always thinking of others and was such a devoted wife and daughter. What I will miss most is her smile and laughter. Rest In Peace my friend. You will always be remembered.
