Frank Anthony Perry

Frank Anthony Perry went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 16, 1932, the son of the late Antonio and Louise Donald Perry.
He graduated from East Fairmont High School and worked at Fairmont General Hospital from 1951 - 1953. Frank was a veteran of the United States Army where he was stationed in Trieste, Italy. It was there that he had the opportunity to meet his grandparents for the first time. During his service, he received the Good Conduct Medal and National Defense Service Medal. After serving his country, he went to Chicago, IL, where he put himself through school at The Institute of Technology and then worked at Westinghouse and retired after 35 years. He truly enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons. Frank was also an avid gardener.
Survivors include the love of his life, M. Joan Perry whom he had met at Westinghouse and had been married 60 years; his two sons, Mike and Roxanne Perry and Mark and Lisa Perry; five grandchildren, Michael and Emily Perry, Ryan Perry, Lexi Perry, Drew Perry and Mya Russell, and Franki and Michael McCutchan. Also surviving are great grandsons, Luke Perry and Anthony Perry. Frank loved his family with all his heart and soul. His grandchildren were the light of his life and forever will be known as the best Pappy in the world.
Also surviving is his brother, Tony (Dessie) Perry and Jeanie (George) Shaver, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Katie Perry Graziani, and a brother, Jimmy Perry.
Frank was an active member of the Whitehall Church of Christ.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Fairmont Health and Rehabilitation Center where he resided for the last year, as well as the staff at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. A special thank you to Amedisys Hospice Care for their compassion and help during the last week.
Private services will be held with family per the wishes of the deceased. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to their favorite charity. Arrangements are under the care of Domico Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at

We know how difficult it is for the family during this time of mourning your loved one. But as Christians, we rejoice in knowing that Frank is at peace and that we will be reunited again when the Lord takes us all home. May you find strength, comfort, and peace from the Father above and from knowing that many brothers and sisters in the Lord are praying for you all. In Christian Love: The McAnulty's (Rosemar Church of Christ, West Virginia)
