Cindy Kay Hartley, 55, of Fairmont, passed away on Sunday (June 10, 2018) at the United Hospital Center in Clarksburg. She was born Aug. 24, 1962, in Fairmont, a daughter of Rose Mary Martin Cogar of Farmington and the late William H. "Red" Hartley Sr.
Cindy was employed at the Arbors in Fairmont as a CNA.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three children, Jeremiah Hollis (Wendy) Cogar of Worthington, Candy Kincaid of Clarksburg, and Trista Kay Kincaid (Noah Locklear) of Fairmont; six grandchildren, Jeremiah Hollis Cogar II, Olivia and Isabella Cogar, William Perkins, Brycen Kellar, and Raelynn Locklear; four sisters, Wendy (Donald) Field, Mindy (Albert) Tichenor, Mandy and Billie Hartley; three brothers, William (Dawn) Hartley Jr., Joseph (Carla) Hartley, and John (Jenny) Hartley; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her stepfather, Harold Cogar.
Friends may call at the Hutson Funeral Home, 3171 Husky Highway, Farmington on Tuesday, June 12 from 4-8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Charles Chipps officiating. Burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Farmington.
