Bonnie Sue Efaw, 76, of Idamay, died Friday (Oct. 20, 2017) at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born Feb. 10, 1941, in Diana, a daughter of the late Carl and Crystal Hensley Efaw.
Bonnie was retired from Fairmont General Hospital after many years of service as a CAN. She was a member of First Love Church on Helens Run.
She is survived by a son, Douglas (Cindy) Efaw, Dunbar, Pennsylvania; a daughter, Debbie (Doug) Straight, Monumental; two sisters, Bobbie Hoehl, Florida, and Judy Stalnaker, Bingamon; two brothers, Carl "Duke" Fisher, Idamay, and Randall Fisher, Florida; two grandchildren, Daniel (Leanne) Efaw and Derrick Efaw; three step-grandchildren, Marie Griffin, J.D. Straight and Jason Straight; a special friend, Charlotte Martin; and several special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Efaw, who died Oct. 14, 2001; and two sisters, Carol Jean Merashoff and Dottie Lee Baker.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Monday at the Hutson Funeral Home in Farmington, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Steve White officiating. Interment will be in the IOOF Cemetery at Enterprise.
